By accessing or using CleanFlux-AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including API users, website visitors, and account holders.

2. Description of Service

CleanFlux-AI provides a text cleaning and normalization API that offers:

• Rule-based text cleaning and formatting
• AI-enhanced text normalization
• URL extraction and analysis
• Profanity detection and filtering
• Text metadata extraction

3. API Key Usage

3.1 API Key Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You agree to:

• Keep your API key secure and confidential
• Not share your API key with unauthorized parties
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• Regenerate your API key if you suspect it has been compromised

3.2 Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share API keys between multiple organizations
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use automated methods to create multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Generate spam, phishing content, or malicious communications
• Process content designed to circumvent content moderation systems
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Service Plans and Billing

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited API access for evaluation and small-scale use. Free tier usage is subject to rate limits and feature restrictions.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Fees are:

• Non-refundable for partial months
• Billed in advance for the upcoming billing period
• Subject to change with 30 days notice

5.3 Overages

Requests exceeding your plan's monthly limit may be throttled or may incur additional charges as specified in your plan details.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• 7-Day Guarantee: New paid subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if unsatisfied with the Service.
• Service Issues: Refunds may be issued for extended outages or service failures at our discretion.
• Billing Errors: We will correct and refund any billing errors promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is owned by Kyros Groupe Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the text you submit for processing. We claim no ownership of your content and do not retain it after processing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Results from text processing are provided without guarantees of accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYROS GROUPE LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the twelve months prior to the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyros Groupe Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we target the following service levels:

• Uptime: 99.9% monthly uptime target
• Latency: 95th percentile response time under 500ms (rule-based mode)
• Support: Email support within 24 hours (48 hours for free tier)

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For abusive or illegal activity
• At our discretion with 30 days notice

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your API keys will be immediately revoked.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kyros Groupe Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
